Download Stored Data

Keep an electronic log of your data with the Gold/XL Interface. With the Interface and software, data can be quickly and easily downloaded for analysis. The Speed Coach Gold/XL data can be exported to a spreadsheet application for charting and long-term storage.

Upload Workouts

The Interface allows users to quickly program workouts into the Speed Coach Gold/XL control unit. Instead of manually entering the workout intervals, simply create a workout file, slide the control unit into the cradle, and upload the workout with the press of a button. Keep a log of frequently used workouts saved on your PC for repeat uploads.

Clear Data and Review Settings

The Interface also allows users to clear both the Just Row and Workout memory banks, and also review the Speed Coach Gold/XL settings (storage interval, unit of measure, stroke mode and calibration number).

Specifications

The Speed Coach Gold/XL Interface includes: Interface cradle unit, serial or USB cable, and CD with upload software. PC must have available serial port or USB port and Windows 3.1 or higher. All data is exported in a comma-delineated (.CSV file) format to be opened within a spreadsheet program.

Software Drivers

USB Driver (1.6 MB) Please install first.

Windows Vista Driver (1.7 MB) Installation Instructions:

  1. Download and unzip VistaDrivers.zip and place the folder in your My Documents folder.
  2. Plug the USB PC Interface into your PC.
  3. Choose the ‘Specify Location of Driver’ when your computer asks you where the driver for the USB device is located.
  4. Windows Vista will now install the driver for the PC Interface.
