Kestrel 2000
We have 3 Kestrel 1000's and 2 Kestrel 2000's so far and we are looking to buy 2 more Kestrel 2000's. We found the wind and temp feature to be just what we need for weather watch. As funding becomes available, we hope to have a Kestrel for every member of our ESDA weather watch team here in South Pekin, Illinois.

Kestrel 3000
This Unit is alot quicker to use on a incident than to use the old style sling method to gather much needed info during fire-fighting activity in the wildland setting.
Had my Kestrel 3000 for five years and still love it and still in good shape from all the heat and water is get from fire-fighting activity. It takes what ever you give it and keeps on giving back.
Good product , highly recommended , especially for fire department in wildland settings.

Kestrel 3500
Our company is involved in the supply and installation of fiber reinforced bolts and injection resins for specialized ground support in underground mines. We use our Kestrel 3500 to verify temperature and relative humidity conditions that are important to the resin set and cure times as well as other ventilation parameters.
The meter is extremely robust and has become an important tool for us.

Kestrel 4100
We teach HVACR to the offshore and marine environment. Our students must maintain equipment equivilent to a small hotel. Air problems are a mystery for many. Thru the use of the Kestrel 4100 we have been able to take some of this mystery away. They can now calculate cfm's with ease and thru further calculations with the 4100, they can tell what their units are doing capacitty wise. They are so impressed with the 4100, the reaction is "i'm going to order me one of these things." The 4100 is easy to carry and is reasonable for its capacitty.

Kestrel 4500
This is one of the most intelligently designed and professionally executed instruments that I have had the pleasure to use. It's totally intuitive to operate, but the manual is clear and comprehensive when you want to dig further into the rich feature set. The Kestrel offers every measurement I could want as a sailplane pilot, and the wonderfully designed interface will help me analyze the weather I encounter on XC flights. Thanks for a great product!
