NIELSEN-KELLERMAN RELEASES THE ALL NEW STROKECOACH WITH SURGE RATE

The world's leading stroke rate meter goes wireless.

BOOTHWYN, PA... Nielsen Kellerman, manufacturer and distributor of performance electronics for rowing, is pleased to announce the release of the new wireless StrokeCoach with Surge Rate. This amazing new product measures stroke rate, stroke count, and elapsed time with no wiring, installation or seat magnet required. The new StrokeCoach’s high-precision three-axis accelerometer and NK’s proprietary stroke algorithm give you accurate stroke-by-stroke rating in just about any human-powered boat. Durable, light, waterproof, convenient and easy to operate, the StrokeCoach with Surge Rate is suitable for rowing, sculling, dragon boats, kayaks and canoes too. The built-in backlight illuminates your workout so you’re never left in the dark. Automatic memory stores your stroke rate every 10 seconds so you can review races and pieces later.

The StrokeCoach with Surge Rate retails for $179.00 including a multi-purpose strap mount that makes short work of attaching the StrokeCoach in almost any type of boat. Nielsen-Kellerman is conducting a Fall Surge promotion for the first 50 customers who purchase the StrokeCoach with Surge Rate. These customers will receive a $20 cash refund after using the StrokeCoach and completing a brief online evaluation. The first 10 customers to complete the survey will also receive a limited edition t-shirt and an extra bumper in their color choice, and the second 20 will receive an extra bumper, so customers should plan to respond quickly. The Fall Surge advance units will be available to ship September 15th. After the first 50 units have been allocated, all applicants will be considered a preorder and placed in line for priority handling when full shipping begins in mid-October.

For over thirty years, Nielsen-Kellerman has been known worldwide for its waterproof speed measurement, timing and audio systems for competitive rowers.
