request sample speedcoach gold data file

I have recently bought and installed a new speedcoach gold. It all works well. I'm considering buying the PC download kit as an add-on, and I'm not sure if it would be good value. Would it be possible to get some example "just row" and "workout" log data files to load into the speedcoach communicator program so I can see what the graphing functions are like? I am saving my logs by typing the data into a spreadsheet, and charting from there, and I want to see whether there would be an advantage in using the download kit.

I've attached the "About" section of the SpeedCoach Communicator software - this will explain much of the functionality of the Communicator, as well as provide some screenshots of certain windows (including the charting function). Thanks for the link, I've looked at all the manual and other material. What I really want though is sample data files that I can play with.

I'm looking at optimising starts with various classes of boats in varying conditions, and I want to use the speedcoach gold to help analyse what is happening. Before I fork out the money for the PC kit I want to see what the data would look like, and try loading it into data analysis and charting tools e.g. Matlab or similar.
